MVS FE (Mini Vapor Source Flash Evaporator)

iCon has developed the MVS flash evaporator to serve low vapor flow rate processes.  With a refillable  volume of 350 ml, the MVS generates and delivers neat vapor to vapor mass flow controllers or other flow restricting devices.  The MVS is capable of operating in batch and continuous modes of operation.

InScale Bubbler

SMR Evaporator Exceeds 100 Grams/Minute of SiCl4

iCon has developed a new SMR Flash Evaporator ("FE") capable of delivering higher vapor flow rates than its predecessor. The design objective for the new FE is to exceed 100 grams per minute mass transfer of Silicon Tetrachloride (SiCl4). iCon expects to obtain test results by mid September, 2001. The new FE also features an integral purge tube which enables 100% SMR purge capability for improved maintenance.

iCon's Patent Portfolio Continues to Grow!

iCon has been granted deomestic and international patents for the SMR, and has been notified of pending grant from the EPC, subject to minor changes in its application pertaining to translations and appropriate European jurisdictions.
