ChemSourceTM 350 and 350A

iCon Dynamics ChemSource™ Delivery Systems are high-purity chemical delivery systems designed especially for use with our patented Self-Metering Reservoir (SMR) systems.

The ChemSource 350 houses three vessels.  These may be either 19-liter or 38-liter vessels.  The ChemSource can be configured for three different chemicals (provided they meet compatibility criteria), or with two chemicals in auto-switch, and the third chemical as independent.  Auto-switchover operation is intended for high chemical consumption rates, and/or continuous, online operation the attached point-of-use (POU).

The ChemSource™ 350 system operates by using “push gas” to pressurize the source vessel and push chemical to the POU.  Each vessel sits on a scale that measures the vessel’s weight.

On auto-switchover models, the weight of gas remaining in the vessel is used by the controller to signal when to automatically switch over to the standby vessel.  When switchover has occurred, an operator can perform a  vessel change-out procedure to replace the empty vessel with a full one, without interrupting flow from the active vessel.
